Slidell Storm Damage Extraction and Drying

Like many Slidell homes, this one was raised to give it a fighting chance against storm damage, however wind-driven rain entered the home on the North side and SERVPRO techs needed to perform a controlled demolition on the carpet, plank flooring, and some of the sheetrock due to wicking. Two levels of the home received the effects and the technicians worked to extract the moisture and set up drying equipment on both floors to bring down the ambient interior humidity levels at the same speed. The exterior of the home had some damage and until repairs could get made, the technicians put up tarps over the damaged side area to halt any further water from entering the home.
