SERVPRO of Slidell Restores a Local Preschool
The Before Photo of this local preschool depicts water damage that impacted flooring and walls. SERVPRO of Slidell technicians pulled up the flooring to dry underneath the removable soft tiles. They also applied green tape to the nearby walls to mark unsalvageable areas that needed demolition to prepare the site for safe restoration. This service is available to commercial facilities 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to ensure that downtime stays minimal for employees, parents, and the children in their care.
Technicians successfully cleaned and dried the area in the After Photo, which included flood cuts to remove unsalvageable drywall. SERVPRO tools are visible near removed ventilation covers on the far right. After demolition and drying, techs can install and paint new sheetrock and reimplement flooring in the gym area. This process includes odor control and sanitation with EPA-registered antimicrobial solutions. Techs can also inspect and restore ductwork after water damage.
